Scope

This policy applies to apexascendgroup.com, the corporate website of Apex Ascend Group, LLC. It does not apply to the platforms we operate, each of which is a separate website with its own privacy policy: Apex Nursing and Apex Respiratory. If you arrived here from one of those sites, their policy governs what happens there.

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking scripts of any kind. It has no accounts, no login, and no contact form. Web fonts are served from this site’s own domain rather than fetched from a third party, so simply reading a page here does not cause your browser to contact any other company.

Because there is nothing to opt into, this site shows no cookie consent banner. That is not an oversight.

What is processed when you visit

This site is a set of static files hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any website, our hosting provider processes the technical information your browser sends in order to deliver the page and to protect the service — including your IP address, the requested URL, and your user agent string. This is handled by Cloudflare as our hosting and network provider under their own terms, and is used for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. We do not build profiles from it and we do not combine it with anything else.

If you email us

If you write to contact@apexascendgroup.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include in it. Mail sent to this domain is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to a mailbox we control.

We use that information solely to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list and we do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own purposes. Please do not send us confidential patient information or any other protected health information — this is a corporate enquiry address, not a clinical channel.

Links to other sites

This site links to the platforms we operate and may link to other third-party websites. Once you follow a link, you are on that site and subject to its policies. We are responsible for our own platforms; we are not responsible for the practices of unrelated sites we link to.

Children

This is a corporate website intended for a professional and business audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to our processing of it. In practice, the only personal information this site gives us is what you send us by email. Write to contact@apexascendgroup.com and we will act on such a request.
