What this site is
This is a corporate information site. It describes our company and the platforms we operate. It is not itself a learning product, and nothing on it is clinical, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
Our platforms — Apex Nursing and Apex Respiratory — are separate websites governed by their own terms and their own disclaimers. Descriptions of them on this site are summaries for information; the platform’s own terms control its use.
No clinical reliance
Our platforms are educational and reference products for students and licensed practitioners. They are not medical devices, they are not clinical decision support systems of record, and they do not replace institutional protocol, current authoritative sources, or a qualified professional’s own judgement. Any clinical decision remains the responsibility of the licensed clinician making it.

The content, design, and code of this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. Our names, logos, and platform brands are our marks. You may read, link to, and quote reasonable extracts from this site with attribution.
